Maintenance Technician | Part-time (20 hours)

SK Coffee is a Portuguese company specialized in the roasting and marketing of coffee, distinguished by the quality of its products, proximity to customers, and excellence in the service provided.

As part of our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) to ensure the installation, maintenance, and technical support for our clients' coffee equipment.

Main responsibilities

• Install coffee machines and associated equipment at customer facilities;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the equipment;
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults;
• Ensure the preparation, cleaning, and inspection of the equipment before installation;
• Ensure an excellent technical assistance service, promoting customer satisfaction;
• Manage the materials and parts necessary for the interventions;
• Record the technical interventions carried out;
• Comply with the company's quality and safety procedures and standards.

Desired profile

• Experience in maintenance or technical support roles (preferably with coffee equipment or electromechanical equipment);
• Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, or electromechanics;
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Good communication skills and customer orientation;
• Driver's license (mandatory).
